Q: How long will it take to install a “Miracle” stainless steel Cover Track system?

 

A: A standard installation can be completed in under 2 hours.

 

 

Q: What does your standard installation fee of under $350 cover?

 

A: Our fee includes:

  • SliderFIX will install the correct fitting Miracle stainless steel Cover Track to suit your door.

  • SliderFIX will replace your existing rollers with a high quality roller carriage and high quality rollers.

  • SliderFIX will adjust and service your lock to make sure it functions correctly.

  • SliderFIX will reinstall your door and adjust it so that it operates safely and with ease.

  • SliderFIX will guarantee that if it’s not fixed it’s free.

 

Q: If my door track is in good condition can Sliderfix just change my rollers?

A: Yes we can

Q: How can I prolong the life of my door rollers?

 

A: A regular vacuum inside the bottom track where all the dirt, dust and animal hair collects, followed by a quick wipe over with a rag and some warm soapy water to remove any oils and contaminants.

 

 

Q: Do I need to replace the door or door frame if the track is badly damaged and worn?

 

A: Using our “Miracle” stainless steel Cover Track system, SliderFIX will be able to repair 99% of sliding doors no matter how badly worn or damaged the track is.

 

 

Q: Do I need to replace my locks if I get “Miracle” stainless steel Cover Track Installed by SliderFIX?

 

A: No, most doors handles and locks will only need some minor adjusting and or re-aligning. However SliderFIX carry a large range of door handles and locks and will be happy to replace them if you wanted to.

 

 

Q: What if I don’t need a “Miracle” stainless steel Cover Track can SliderFIX just replace the rollers and service my door?

 

A: Yes, SliderFIX will never try and sell you something you don’t need. We will always assess the door and rollers make a diagnosis of what is required and discuss that with you prior to any work being done. We will then advise the appropriate solution and only commence the work if you are in agreement.

 

 

Q: Do you charge a call out fee?

 

A: A SliderFIX call out fee includes:

 

  • SliderFIX will clean and vacuum your bottom guide tracks

  • A comprehensive diagnosis of your door by a trained technician

  • SliderFIX will inspect all frames, tracks and rollers for wear and damage and closely inspecting all moving parts

  • Lubricating using a recommended silicone spray lubricant

  • Adjustment of all rollers as required

  • Quote for any further work as diagnosed
